OUR BUILDING PROCESS

1. Explore

The first step in the building process is for you to explore and gather some ideas of what you would like to have in your new home. This is the fun bit! Do as much research as you feel you can and write down all of the ideas that you come up with. Visit display homes, measure up spaces in friends’ houses, jump on Pinterest and Houzz Australia, read magazines, and take photos!

2. Bridging the gap

We understand that the build process can be daunting, overwhelming and hard work if you are not led in the right direction. We are here to listen to your ideas, compile your thoughts and help answer these questions, so you can feel comfortable and confident in where you’re headed.

3. Design

During the design process, we can work with your drafted plansets, a rough sketch of ideas, or simply help you design a plan from scratch. It’s good to discuss how to maximise natural lighting, ensure sufficient airflow, optimise house positioning, space allocation, energy efficiency and much more.

We will work with you to ensure you arrive at a plan that suits every aspect of your lifestyle.

4. Quotation

Our team can then establish a formal proposal from your plan. This will be the official cost of the build and will include all of the design selections that you made in the previous step. We will provide a clear breakdown of your home so you can understand what you are getting in your proposal.

5. Ready to go

Once your proposal has been finalised, the next step is to sign a contract with us, the builder, that you can take to your bank. This will be an agreement that both of us will abide by throughout the building process.

6. Selections

There are several more selections that need to be made before the construction of your new home can begin. These include your colour choices and the finalising all of the building products you wish to use. We will organise a time for you to come to our selections room and can make recommendations if you need.
